I just recently moved to Tmd hosting (from Bluehost) and created a reseller account.
I must admit that I have experienced the best, fast, and the most efficient customer and tech support since I started.
Not only is the help available 24/7 but it is also incredibly fast and the Tmd people are exceptionally polite and professional.
